Your garment will be rigorously inspected to ensure it is fault free. We undertake to package your garment securely. We use Australia Post for shipping. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing handcrafted custom garments. We do have a refund policy for all merchandise sold through our company. We will exchange a garment only if there is damage to the item, not caused by the courier. We inspect and photograph all merchandise before shipping to ensure the highest quality. You must contact us for return approval no longer than 2 days after receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be returned to Roxy Vogue within 10 days. Items must not show any signs of wear, staining, or odours and must be returned in the original packaging. The customer must bear the expense of any shipping fees when returning merchandise to Roxy Vogue . Remember to contact Roxy Vogue prior to returning any item for exchange or refund. Failure to do so may result in a denial of any refund or exchange.
